Counseling with an Intern / QMHP-CS

Service Description

At Gen XY Counseling Center, we hope to support our adult clients with caring, well-trained practitioners. Our Lamar University Graduate Student Interns are under supervision of a Licensed Counselor and have been carefully selected to join our team. These counselors-in-training are accruing their clinical hours at our center. Internships are rigorous and require hands on training, supervision, and by the time our interns graduate, they will have obtained over 700 clock hours working with clients at a Masters level! We are happy to extend to our clients, a reduced session rate if you select an intern to work with. Working with an Intern is an affordable way to receive a quality service. Rates: $75 for a 45 minute session for individuals, $100 for a 60 minutes session for couples. $50 for a 50 minute group session. Sorry, we cannot provide a superbill for our Intern services.
